Ingredients:

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs

½ cup honey

Juice and zest of 1 lime

3-4 drops Lime essential oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbsp. coconut aminos

½ tsp. sea salt

Directions:

*Mix together all ingredients, except chicken

*Rinse and pat dry chicken thighs

*Pour ½ of honey lime sauce over the chicken, reserving the rest.  Marinade for a few hours, if desired.

*Preheat grill to high

*Grill chicken thighs over medium heat, brushing the marinade on the thighs as you turn them.

*Grill for about 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.

*Brush on the reserved glaze and heat before removing chicken from the grill.
