Ingredients:

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and de-veined

1/3 cup honey

5-6 drops Lime essential oil

3-4 drops Ginger essential oil

2 Tbsp. coconut aminos

2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

½ teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

*Preheat grill to high

*Mix together all ingredients, except shrimp.  Reserve ¼ cup of sauce.

*Rinse and pat dry shrimp

*Toss shrimp together with honey lime sauce

*Pour shrimp mixture onto a bed of thick aluminum foil and wrap until closed

*Grill for about 10 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and fully cooked.

*Brush on the reserved glaze onto the grilled shrimp before serving.

*Garnish with more cilantro, if desired.
