Ingredients:

6 cans OR 3 1/2 cups of Coconut milk

6 egg yolks

1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

1/4 cup honey, cane sugar, or a few drops Stevia

1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

Slowly bring up to low heat in a medium saucepan.  DO NOT BOIL.

Remove from heat when it is warm and starting to thicken.

Chill in refrigerator overnight or for a few hours before serving.
