• 1 cup cauliflower (lightly steamed then frozen)
  • 1/2 cup zucchini (lightly steamed then frozen)
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 drop Lavender essential oil, or use a toothpick to flavor gradually to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. nut butter
  • 1 tsp. ground flax
  • 1 scoop Slim & Sassy® TrimShake (Vanilla)
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1-2 dates (optional)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined and the smoothie is creamy and thick. You may need to add more liquid if you do not have a high-speed blender or like your smoothies on the thinner side.
