This Cucumber French Salad with Marjoram essential oil is healthy, refreshing, and bursting with wholesome, delicious flavors. It’s so good we literally could eat it every day!

Ingredients:

1 whole avocado diced

1 tomato, diced

1/2 red onion, sliced

1/2 cucumber, diced

1 tbs olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 tbs lemon juice, fresh squeezed

1 toothpick Marjoram essential oil

 

Instructions:

  1. Add avocado and tomato to bowl.
  2. Add the red onion and the cucumber.
  3. Pour olive oil into bowl.
  4. Mix in 1 toothpick of Marjoram essential oil.
  5. Add lemon juice.
  6. Finish it off with salt.
  7. Mix the ingredients and serve immediately.
