Mix all ingredients together and then pour into mini cupcake pan, ice cube tray, or a small dish to harden.  Cut or separate into pieces for a satisfying and sweet burst of energy.

*Use a clean toothpick to add oils.  Dip clean toothpick into oil and stir into mixture.  Use a clean toothpick each time you add more until you have the flavor you want.

Note: Based on some feedback, 2-4 tbsp powdered Erythritol seems to work better than stevia – the amount depends on your preference. Coconut butter is also sold as “creamed coconut” – this is not the same as coconut milk “creamed” in the fridge. You can also use shredded coconut to make home-made coconut butter in a blender.
