Ingredients:
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Basil Pesto Sauce
Extra virgin olive oil
Sliced tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese slices
Seasonings: garlic salt, ground black pepper
Fresh cilantro
OPTIONAL: Black pepper oil, basil oil, and/or cilantro oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lay chicken breasts on baking tray, and spread a Tbsp. of basil pesto sauce over each breast. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until almost done.
Top each breast with tomato.
Top with a thick slice of mozzarella cheese.
Drizzle pan juices over top of chicken breasts.
Sprinkle with chopped, fresh cilantro.
Bake for 10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm!
(You can add a bit of black pepper essential oil, basil essential oil, or cilantro essential oil to taste. Use a clean toothpick, dip it into your oil, and use it to stir. Use a clean toothpick each time you add more oil. Use to taste.)
