This salsa is bright, fresh, and scrumptious by itself, with chips, or over fish tacos. Any way you decide to serve it, it’ll be a popular dish.


Ingredients

1 pineapple, sliced and diced
2–4 small nectarines, diced
½ cup cilantro, chopped
½ cup red onion, diced
5 drops Lime oil
2 drops Cilantro oil
3 teaspoons sea salt


Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Allow salsa to sit and chill for at least four hours before eating to allow time for flavors to combine.
