I hope you are well and staying strong in spite of the many challenges we are facing in our country.  We have been hit with SO much these past few months… social isolation, financial challenges, job loss, loss of loved ones, emotional struggles, devastating injustices, growing awareness of racial inequality and discrimination, increasing political division, and the list goes on.

I don’t have the answers to what it will take to bring peace to this country and restoration to the epidemic levels of fear and anxiety that have gripped this nation. While we seek to grow in understanding and unity together, we also need to find peace in our own minds and spirits so that fear and the craziness that surrounds us doesn’t steal our joy and rob us of health.

Using essential oils topically and aromatically is incredibly powerful for emotional health and mood management. Using oils, supplements, and probiotics is also KEY in strengthening the immune system to stay healthy in spite of the threats out there. When we are EMPOWERED with tools for our health and wellness, we won’t give in to the fear and panic that is out there!
